To place an order, add the products you would like to buy to the cart and fill out a special form. 

Delivery time depends on your location but in most cases you will receive your order within 24 hours.

 Once the order is ready for shipment, we will inform you about the estimated delivery time. If you haven’t received your order in time, you can contact our support team directly and ask them to update you on the status of your order, We will assist you in getting your order as soon as possible.

You can pick up your order in one of our head office  located at No. 8 Unity Road, Kantin Kwari, Kano.

If you are registered on the website, but you forgot your password, go to ‘My Account’, enter your e-mail address into ‘login’ window and click ‘I forgot my password’. Within several minutes you will receive an e-mail on how to reset your password. If you fail to reset the password or you haven’t received the e-mail instruction, please contact our customer service.

The user can choose between direct transfer or using debit card payment methods, which ensure the Customer’s rights in accordance with e-commerce laws/ principles.

To make sure we can easily track your incoming payment we advise you to mention your name and the bank you use to transfer the payment as a payment reference. It also helps if you send us a payment confirmation to or What’s up Number.

Upon payment, which is the final step to purchase, El-Samad system initiates and monitors the order processing. The order cannot be cancelled after payment because once the order has taken place.

A wishlist is a list of Item you would like to buy, but for some reason postpone the purchase. The ‘wishlist’ option is available to registered customers only.

El-Samad Return Policy allows the user to return the product in the hereinafter condition: if the order didn’t match the previously purchased sample. Please read more about the return policy from here.
